Partner, M.Sc., Jan-Henrik von Hertzen has wide networks within the Finnish retail, sales and marketing; he is also a long-term professional of the shopping centre industry. His strengths include, in particular customer relationships, as well as development of the processes and concepts. Prior to Prometheus Partners, he led the Shopping Centre Forum in Helsinki for nearly ten years. In Prometheus Partners he specializes in the services connected to leasing and business premises networks, development of facilities and implementation of new concepts.

Partner, M.Soc.Sci, Henrik Winberg is one of the most experienced Finnish shopping centre business professionals. He has among others worked as a managing director for Hansakortteli in Turku, as well as Forum and Kamppi in Helsinki. He has also been the commercial director for Citycon and Capman. When acting as the Mayor for the city of Tammisaari he concentrated heavily on zoning and land use issues. His analytical insight and broad knowledge base will benefit our customers, in particular with conceptual planning as well as with implementing location and market analyses.
CV Henrik Winberg
M.Sc., licensed real estate agent Terhi Sell (os.Heinilä) joined the Prometheus Partners team as an expert in the spring of 2012, and became a partner in 2013. She has over ten years working experience in shopping centre development, management and marketing from being the marketing manager for Shopping Centre Sello in Espoo and the Shopping Centre manager for Trio in Lahti. Terhi’s strengths lie in understanding the functionality of the shopping centres and her customer-oriented thinking. She brings a strong commercial approach and marketing know-how to Prometheus Partners.
